Scott Fitzgerald written in 1925, were Young, handsome and fabulously rich, Jay Gatsby is the bright star of the Jazz Age in Long Island in the summer of 1922. Having been born into Mid-Western poverty, his one and only reason for this life of luxury and lavish…is to pursue his one love…Daisy Fay. After marrying a wealthy bully and becoming Daisy Buchanan, Gatsby’s obsession with her is the focus of this amazing vintage masterpiece. Anyone who loves Luhrmanns musical genius ‘Moulin Rouge’ (2002) or the beautifully done ‘Romeo and Juliet’ (1996) is sure to love this. With Leonado DiCaprio’s passion and Carey Mulligan’s fragile beauty i for one cannot wait to watch it. x
