All in a weeks work!

Here is a little run down of the books I’ve received in the last week. Some of them are from the publishers in return for an honest review via Netgalley and Bookbridgr and the others are books that I have very kindly been sent by the publishers to read and enjoy. I am currently reading Paper Swans by Jessica Thompson.

Some Luck by Jane Smiley
The first novel in a dazzling new trilogy from the winner of the Pulitzer Price. This book has been deemed a literary adventure. Spanning between the year 1920 to the 1950’s it follows the Langdon family and their life together on a remote farm in Iowa. It is told in multiple voices and based on the family trying to survive the years after the war.

The Story of Us by Dani Atkins
Two different man. Two different destinies. This is chick-lit at its best. Emma Marshall can’t wait to marry her childhood sweetheart Richard but when a tragic accident changes everything, Emma is introduced to Jack, a beautiful stranger. This is a gripping love story from the bestselling author of Fractured.

Come Back to Me by Mila Gray
A breathtaking scorching read about love, friendship and family. Although this book is classed in the YA genre I am very excited to read it.
Publication Date – 23rd October 2014 by Pan Macmillan (To be reviewed)
